Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Street Team will work during Vancouver Canucks & Warriors games to deliver exceptional Fan Experiences. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes :

Participating in bespoke experiences such as in-seat visits to celebrate first games, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special moments!
Creating a high energy environment in the Fan Corral by playing games, distributing prizes, and asking trivia questions, ensuring an enthusiastic crowd as players make their way onto the ice / turf
Interacting with fans in and outside Rogers Arena, distributing game-day giveaways and engaging about hockey / lacrosse and the Vancouver Canucks / Warriors teams
Engaging with fans in our Family Zone through poster making, colouring stations, the step and repeat wall, and other fan programs
Providing assistance to fans, answering questions and providing directions to key areas, such as points of entry, ticket center, and clubs and restaurants
Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be at least 19 years of age

Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5 : 30pm

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact professionally with fans

A team player who rises to a challenge and strives for continuous service excellence

Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written

Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025

Knowledge of and passion for professional hockey is an asset
