Robotic Total Station experience required.Knowledge of Trimble 3D scanning hardware and software is an assetStrong working knowledge of CAD and other relevant surveying softwareUnderstanding of the limitations and use of standard surveying equipment and how they apply to construction tolerancesAptitude for mathematics and problem-solvingHigh level of attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Organizational and leadership skillsAbility to carry / lift 50 lbs.Must be safety conscious and adhere to safety processes and policiesOther qualifications may be requiredWhat you’ll work on : As a Surveyor at Steelcon, you will apply your hands-on experience with surveying instruments including total stations and 3D scanners calculate create as-builts and layout for steel erection work, as well as report on survey results for the projects assigned to you.

Skills and experience in : Time-management, detail oriented, organizational skills, optimization; measurements, surveyor records, self-starter, global positioning system, geographic information systems, fast paced environment, risk-management, survey science, geomatics technology, construction, general contractor.
