Quality Plant Engineering Leader

Position : Quality Plant Engineering Leader

The Quality Plant Engineering leader reports directly to the ENG / FQM and has a dotted line reporting to the Quality Plant Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include leading the quality plant engineering team within their perimeter, ensuring customer satisfaction—including warranty results in the field and plant efficiency—by managing supplier quality, plant quality convergence, and overseeing product / process evolutions in serial life.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of X years of related experience.
• Previous experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle / Mechanical Plant, or Project team.
• Ability to lead an engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on schedule.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for High-Level Meetings and Shop Floor interactions.
• Ability to work off-shift hours as necessary.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity environment while managing multiple projects.
