Our client, a fast growing company the Technology industry is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager.

Job Title : Corporate Accounting Manager

Location : Montréal

Salary : 100K-110K

Duration : Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities

The Corporate Accounting Manager will have the following responsibilities :

  • Prepare the management report and support the process of preparing the consolidated financial statements
  • Provide various financial analyzes to management and participate in special projects (financing, business acquisition, etc.)
  • Supervision of the audit of the annual financial statements
  • Preparation of financial documents for the Board of Directors for the end of the quarter and the end of the year
  • Daily cash management
  • Answer accounting questions related to IFRS and any other request related to corporate accounting
  • Supervision of internal controls and ensuring their application
  • All other related tasks
  • Qualifications

  • CPA, an important asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Intellectually curious : Limitless commitment to continual improvement.
  • Bilingual environment
  • Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel
