We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (IT Management) to support enterprise IT digital service and service modernization initiatives within a complex public-sector environment. This role will augment an existing Service Design & Delivery team supporting strategic initiatives through strong business analysis stakeholder engagement and documentation practices.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working across IT digital platforms and governance frameworks with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements while aligning with cybersecurity and digital standards.
Tasks
Business & Service Analysis
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for IT and digital initiatives
- Elicit analyze validate and document business functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories specifications process models and service design artifacts
- Support service design and delivery initiatives aligned with digital standards
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders IT teams cybersecurity teams and vendorsFacilitate workshops interviews discovery sessions and review meetingsProvide advisory support to senior stakeholders on business process improvement and IT enablementIT & Digital Enablement
Support initiatives involving enterprise systems digital platforms data solutions and cybersecurity servicesAssess business and operational impacts of system changesContribute to solution analysis feasibility studies and cost-benefit evaluationsGovernance & Documentation
Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including :Business casesRequirements traceability matricesProcess maps and workflowsService models and operational readiness documentsEnsure compliance with organizational policies standards and delivery frameworksSupport milestone-based reporting and deliverable trackingDelivery Support

710 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environmentsStrong experience in IT management service design or digital transformation initiativesExpertise in requirements gathering business process modeling and stakeholder facilitationExperience working in public-sector or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with cybersecurity digital services or enterprise IT platformsExcellent communication analytical and documentation skillsKey Skills
