  • Leadership & Team Management : Lead and inspire kitchen staff, set clear expectations, provide guidance, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation, cooking, and cleaning processes meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure consistent food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations for taste and satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Ordering : Manage kitchen inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Health & Safety : Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
  • Customer Focus : Ensure kitchen staff provides timely, high-quality meals in alignment with the restaurant’s commitment to fast and friendly service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Ability to listen, communicate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism, especially under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
