Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy :
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the server product line, aligning with the overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
2. Product Development :
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.Work closely with UX / UI designers to create user-friendly and innovative server solutions.3. Go-to-Market Strategy :
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral.4. Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Collaborate with customer support to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.5. Performance Analysis :
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance against these metrics.Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience.6. Product Lifecycle Management :
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring product sustainability and relevance in the market.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience (X years) in product management, preferably with a focus on server products or related technologies.Strong technical background with a deep understanding of server architecture, hardware, and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
