Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy :
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the server product line, aligning with the overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
2. Product Development :
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Work closely with UX / UI designers to create user-friendly and innovative server solutions.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy :
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Performance Analysis :
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance against these metrics.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience.
6. Product Lifecycle Management :
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring product sustainability and relevance in the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in product management, preferably with a focus on server products or related technologies.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of server architecture, hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
