Amico is looking for a Production / Logistics Supervisor in our rapidly growing manufacturing company. Working under the direction of the Production Manager running the day-to-day assembly plant, our ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department.
• Maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Increase productivity through 5s and lean manufacturing processes while minimizing costs.
• Track and optimize production to hit key production metrics.
• Handle all related employee issues, including coaching, discipline, and performance issues.
• Be a visible leader with a strong floor presence.
• Effectively use resources and monitor and adjust to staffing needs.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, driving a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
