As the Senior Manager, Non-Hospital Surgical Facility (NHSF) , you will work with program team members to lead the accreditation process for diagnostic and treatment facilities. You will be responsible for providing leadership to direct reports to manage the accreditation and quality assurance process within the program area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the administration and operation of the accreditation programs including business planning and development of long-term strategies and budgeting.
Gather and analyze information relating to the requirements and internal procedures from initiation to completion of facility / service accreditation.
Ensure alignment with best practices and reference standards and recommend continuous quality improvement to enhance procedures and the technical infrastructure.
Provide leadership, guidance and direction to program team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related area
Nursing experience specific to peri-operative / surgical care
SALARY
The annual salary for this position is $126,922 and includes a comprehensive benefit package and pension plan.

During the 90-day probationary period, the successful candidate will be required to work from CPSA's downtown Edmonton office. At the conclusion of a successful probationary period, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
