Position function :

We are looking for a Revenue & Pricing Manager to oversee our company's financial transactions and revenue maximization efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize revenue strategies and identify opportunities for growth. The Revenue Manager will also be responsible for developing pricing models, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to drive revenue growth

Scope :

The Revenue & Pricing Manager will support the Commercial Team with the implementation of accurate and appropriate pricing functionality at Caldic. The position will execute several processes and procedures to facilitate the interaction between Pricing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams with the common objective of servicing our customers with timely and competitive prices.

Responsibilities :

  • Leadership & Strategy : Lead the Pricing & Revenue Management team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Devise robust revenue management strategy and vision for holistic revenue management framework and levers.
  • Pricing Strategy, Execution & Communication : Establish a differentiating pricing strategy, aligned with the various business segments, that drives profitable growth. Ensure consistent communication and execution of pricing strategy with all stakeholders and effective execution.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual pricing process and reviews with the Sales Leadership team.
  • Provide pricing guidance, alongside ad-hoc review with sales based on pricing architecture, competitive and local market insights, and revenue maximizing actions. Maintain leadership & strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Lead project to develop and implement pricing management module in ERP system to automate and create synergies and realize process efficiencies.
  • collaboration and understanding of procurement process and trends as well as understanding and collaborating with the operations / supply chain teams
  • Cross-functional Synergy : Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional teams (including Sales Leaders, Product Managers, Finance and Data / Analytics), ensuring alignment in strategies and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis : Maintain a deep, comprehensive understanding of the, consumer trends, macro-environment and competitive landscape. Stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor pricing moves to ensure leadership position.
  • Forecasting & Reporting : Provide visionary leadership in sales and revenue forecasting driven through the pricing strategy, ensuring all teams have the metrics and insights required.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics.
  • 5+ years of revenue management, pricing or analytics experiences food & beverage manufacturing and distribution industry preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to positively influence others to promote change and achieve enterprise objectives
  • Process oriented, and analytical mind set with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of proactively leading and driving key strategic initiatives, including ability to integrate inputs from across the organization
  • Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in B2B (business to business) distribution industry strongly preferred
  • Experience overseeing teams in using advanced data analytics and tools.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities in response to dynamic market environment and organizational needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including management of executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools / techniques
  • Strong organization building skills, including team building and establishing cross-functional relationships, with ability to build skills in direct reports, and to motivate and manage team members
