Quality & Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client, a global leader in industrial technology and steam management solutions, supports key sectors such as healthcare, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing. Their innovative systems help organizations operate safely, sustainably, and efficiently while reducing energy consumption and operating costs. They are currently seeking a Quality & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a multi-function role supporting quality, compliance, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide documentation and compliance support
Assist with purchasing activities, including expediting
Coordinate local and international logistics
Conduct monthly cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
Manage non-conformances, customer returns, and escape investigations
Experience & Education Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP, purchasing, and inventory systems
Experience with AS400 considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English; French language skills are an asset
Exposure to provincial regulatory authorities (e.g., TSSA) is an asset
ISO experience considered an asset
Oil & Gas documentation experience is an asset but not required

This is a new opportunity with a growing company including a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 and offers a comprehensive rewards and wellbeing package, including a target incentive bonus up to 9%, pension matching up to 7%, generous paid time off, summer Friday half-days, and industry-leading parental, caregiver, volunteer, and wellness leave.
