Dealership: St. James VW | Location: Winnipeg, MB | Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Responsibilities

• Research and source parts for customers and technicians.
• Issue parts price quotes and sell parts to customers or service work orders.
• Complete special-order parts requests, communicate status, and notify customers upon delivery.
• Pick up parts for customers or technicians as required.
• Restock shelves and place warranty parts into appropriate bins.
• Keep work area and displays clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership wholesale parts is an asset.
• Some familiarity and/or experience with working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department.
• Completion of a related post‑secondary program or training courses is considered an asset.
• Experience with CDK is considered an asset.
• General understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management.
• Strong diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professionalism, high integrity, and consistent honor of commitments.
• Detail oriented, self‑motivated, and resourceful.
• High‑level skills in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
