Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Monitoring

  • Develop production schedules considering manufacturing capacity and delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate and coordinate schedules with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
  • Track production disruptions and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Verify raw material availability and report any discrepancies to the procurement team.
  • Analyze performance indicators (produced vs. required quantities, deadline compliance, production line efficiency).Inventory Management & Optimization
  • Monitor and control inventory levels for work-in-progress and finished products.
  • Adjust stock min / max levels based on demand and production cycles.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory records at period-end.Continuous Improvement & Management Tools
  • Analyze performance and propose improvements to optimize production flow and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to the optimization of planning tools and the integration of new technologies (ERP, Office Suite, etc.).Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the interface between production, sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Oversee the launch of new products and promotional activities.
  • Participate in supply chain optimization initiatives and various improvement projects.
