The Opportunity :

We’re looking to fill an opening for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Technical Solution Partners (TSP) team.

Reporting to the DevSecOps Manager, the DevSecOps Engineer plays a key role in strengthening the standardization, stability, and predictability of TSP’s release cycles. This role operates as a bridge between Development, Security, and Technology Operations, ensuring smooth delivery throughout the software development lifecycle while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

The DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining CI / CD pipelines, supporting Azure DevOps administration, and driving ongoing alignment and enablement across our partners. Working with moderate autonomy, this role collaborates closely with both Associate and Senior Engineers—contributing technical expertise, supporting BAU activities, and helping advance best practices across the organization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. The DevSecOps Engineer will regularly participate in the creation and delivery of technical documentation and PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, training sessions, and leadership briefings. The ability to distill and articulate complex DevSecOps concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner is vital for fostering alignment across diverse technical and non‑technical audiences.

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $75 - 85 CAD per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
