Job description

About the position :

  • Experience on Sandvik LH Loader and TH551 Haul / Dump Truck is considered as an asset, as well as for Sandvik production drilling equipment and Maclean UG development equipment.
  • Working from surface shop mostly doing PM work. However, may require underground work.

    • What you need :

  • Levert Modules.
  • Heavy Equipment technician diploma - Red Seal certification considered an asset
  • 3-5 years’ experience on Heavy-Duty mining gear, ideally on U / G equipment.
  • Anyone with valid CWB welding tickets would be given priority.
  • Underground Common Core is considered an asset.
  • Driver license
  • Physical ability to manipulate charges of about 50 pounds regularly.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate in English and French (Oral and written). Selected candidates must attain a passing mark on the SPEEXX English language assessment.
