About the role :

Reporting to the Director, Processing Improvement, the Manager, Processing Maintenance is accountable for driving asset maintenance strategy, process standardization, technology adoption, and governance across all coal operations to enhance the performance and profitability of processing assets.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with demonstrated ability to lead cultural and organizational change, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as well-developed problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
