Role Description

The developer will work within a machine learning team / squad focusing on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions including ML and Gen AI. The candidate should be familiar with Python development and prompt engineering. They should be able to collaborate with clients and SMEs to understand business requirements and develop proper Python code. Familiarity with ongoing monitoring is also desirable.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Python library.
Support the library’s ongoing development.
Participate in prompt engineering and maintain prompts aligned with new LLM versions.
Conduct regular testing and performance analysis.
Participate in prompt benchmarking experiments.

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

5+ years of experience

Hands-on experience in building Python applications

Excellent Python development skills

Strong architecture design skills for enterprise applications

Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns

Understanding of system resiliency, observability, scalability, and performance

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Skills Desired

Experience with OpenAI and various LLM models, including testing and performance evaluation

Experience with Java development

Knowledge of machine learning and vector databases

Experience with cloud-based application development, preferably on Microsoft Azure

Prior experience in FinTech application development
