​​Join our Restaurant Team as a Day Server, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Key, AAA Four Diamond, and Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Hotels.

The successful candidate must be able to lead, and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy, passion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are necessary for this position. A commitment to continuous improvement is key. This position predominantly works AM shifts.

As a Day Server you will :

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards.
• Lead by example and be a pro-active member of The Pointe Restaurant Team.
• Skillfully guide guests through available food & beverage options, assisting with selections.
• Be knowledgeable about and accurately describe all menu items and respond to guest questions on ingredients and preparation.
• Effectively communicate orders to our Culinary Team through use of Silverware POS.
• Be an exemplary team member in managing side duties and keeping the restaurant guest ready at all times.
• Be accurate at balancing of cash-outs, and completion of all administrative duties relative to the position.
• Prepare and serve Barista style coffees.
