Position Summary :

Your role as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst is to actively lead the planning, preparation, and execution of effective testing efforts for in-house software and integrations as well as vendor / SaaS based solutions. You are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that integrate a multitude of systems, and you are expected to support testing efforts by acquiring organizational and domain knowledge, while applying your software testing expertise.

You will establish and lead the development of quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures to support continual service improvements related to the quality and efficiency of testing throughout the organization. Design and document comprehensive manual and automated test cases covering a wide range of application features, business processes, and edge cases. Demonstrated experience testing Salesforce applications end-to-end, ensuring quality and reliability. Healthcare industry experience is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities : Software Testing

• Ensure the overall quality of solutions through executing all aspects of Quality Assurance in every phase of the software development life cycle.
• Ensure test results align with business functional and technical requirements, system compliance, and integration specifications.
• Primary liaison for testing expertise for business participants on user acceptance test support.
• Create test plans / strategy, scenarios, scripts, and expected results and execute the required testing accordingly, either independently or in partnership with internal or external parties.
• Configure, implement, validate, and maintain test data and test environments.
• Log, track, and report test results and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets business expectations.
• Experience automating end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including UI, API, and data validation across modules.
• Lead and / or support the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and associated tools / libraries.
• Develop, maintain, and expand automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, test data creation, and backend testing across relational databases.
