Objective
To supervise the safe and efficient operation of a concrete batch plant including concrete mixer drivers and plant maintenance to ensure delivery of quality product, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Scope :
- Volume : 10, - 20, m3
- Staff : 8 employees
- Customers : 10+ of varying sizes and sophistication
- Tools : Command Concrete Dispatch software and Concrete Direct GPS system
Responsibilities
Batching :
In a fast paced, customer oriented environment, responsible for scheduling concrete\ deliveries, providing pricing to customers, ordering raw material as required for production and ensuring accurate batching to produce a quality product to meet the customers' requirements.Health and Safety :

Supervise drivers and maintain a positive work environmentEnvironment :

Submit reports on time to area administer.Keep accurate records.Customer Service :
Communicate with customers, the Plant Manager and Sales Representative to ensure a positive customer experience and identify sales opportunities.Transportation & Logistics :
Creates efficient scheduling for routine maintenance, schedule jobs to ensure best use of fleet, effectively utilize maintenance programs to maximize plant up-time and manage costs.Administration :
Manage inventory of materials and products, physical inventory counts, order materials, ensure payroll is accurate.Operations Analysis and Action Tracking :
Track performance, establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations. Maximize turns per day / per truck.Plant Image :
Maintains the plant in accordance with standard guidelines, ensure all policies are followed.Specific Accountabilities :
