Job description

Title : Regional Communications Generalist

Salary : $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract : Perm

Hours : 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Location : Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

About the role

Join us as a Regional Communications Generalist , where you’ll lead the development and delivery of impactful communications strategies that highlight regional voices while aligning with FNHA’s goals and values. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft engaging content, including newsletters, executive briefings, and promotional materials, while supporting regional events and initiatives. Collaborating closely with provincial teams, you’ll provide expert advisory services, maintain brand consistency, and strengthen partnerships with First Nations communities, Regional Health Authorities, and other key stakeholders. About you

To be successful in this role you will have / be :

Education and Experience

  • University Degree in Communications or Public Relations, and / or 3 to 4 years of Communications or Public Relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record for executing high quality communication plans and materials
  • Demonstrated experience working with BC First Nations Communities
