Business Overview :
The Group Financial Security (GFS) department is within Group Compliance responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the Group’s effort to comply with and other international sanctions and embargoes. In performing this function, GFS may coordinate with other relevant functions within GFS responsible for risk assessments, monitoring systems and suspicious activity monitoring and reporting.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) team has responsibility for all GFS functions including the general administrative management, budget, project management, human resources, IT requirements, communications, reporting and operational permanent control. This role is part of the Projects & Business Intelligence (PBI) team within the larger COO team. The PBI team plays a crucial role in overseeing cross-functional projects for GFS sponsors while also coordinating and managing local initiatives within the broader financial security domain. They provide essential support for implementing, enhancing, automating systems and processes, as well as handling governance, business analytics, data management, and reporting requirements. Additionally, they hold responsibility for project management office duties across GFS. Furthermore, the team ensures a cohesive approach to internal IT development strategies and provides ongoing support for associated IT, data, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities :
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a SharePoint strategy for the department as well as assisting in various SharePoint projects. The individual must have a sound knowledge of SharePoint and be capable of transitioning existing business processes into SharePoint solutions. This position will also assist with project facilitation on initiatives where GFS collaborates with Central IT teams and should be able to proactively coordinate with those teams and GFS stakeholders in a risk-aware manner that moves issues forward and contributes to the GFS data strategy. As the SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of the GFS Department's SharePoint environment to SharePoint Online and the Microsoft platform. Your expertise in both legacy SharePoint and modern SharePoint Online technologies will enable you to drive digital transformation initiatives, improve collaboration, and enhance productivity during this critical period.
