We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the West Island! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with clients, and excels at multitasking.
If you're ready to advance your career with a company that values growth and teamwork, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities : - Client & Supplier Interaction : Greet and handle requests from clients, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Data Entry : Accurately enter data into the accounting system for accounts payable, receivable, and monthly sales.- A / R & A / P Management : Process deposits, collect rents, and handle invoices using YARDI software.
- Gift Card Reconciliation : Balance and reconcile gift card sales.- Administrative Support : Answer phone calls, draft communications, reports, and other documents as requested by management.
- Event Coordination : Manage the monthly activity calendar and coordinate internal events with external partners.- Reporting & Collaboration : Follow up on monthly reports and collaborate with management to enhance team synergy.
- Customer Service : Support customer service by selling gift cards and assisting with inquiries.What We're Looking For : - Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong data entry skills, particularly with YARDI software (asset).- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
