Client Services Representative

Beattie Pet Hospital Ancaster , located in the Meadowlands, is currently searching for a Client Service Representative to join our team. Our Client Service Team is our front line, the first and last interaction that our clients have when they are at the hospital. We are looking for someone who meets our values and is driven to help us grow, foster relationships and meet our goals (big or small).

The Responsibilities

The first person in the clinic each day to "ooooo" and "awwww" over every adorable pet that comes through our doors

Ability to answer a multiline phone system, track and book appointments effectively, placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings

Respond and manage email correspondence, schedule appointments

Invoicing / billing; creating estimates, obtaining pet owner confirmation and processing payments

Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting people at ease and creating a welcoming environment

General housekeeping duties

The Position

Full-time or Part-time

8-12 hour shifts (longer shifts, more days off!)

Previous Veterinary Clinic or Animal Experience is an asset

Previous Customer Service or Front Desk Experience Required
