Job description

Employment Type :   Regular Full Time

Annual Salary Range : Exempt Band 4 , MIN $90,800 - MED $106,900 - MAX $122,900

Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In addition, our pay philosophy is to align with the median of the comparable market and to be considerate of internal equity comparisons.

What you'll be doing...

Responsible for the management and delivery of current and future budgets for assigned geographic region(s) of the province.  As the key financial contact for the region, the position develops annual operating budgets and multi-year budgets; supports and resolves financial issues.

What you'll bring to the table...

We value lifelong learners and have found the following combination of education and experience allows people to be successful in this role :

  • A minimum three (3) years financial management or budgeting experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices, including financial controls and audit standards, rules of financial management, financial ethical criteria, financial standards and policies.
