Marketing Intern (MBA-Master’s Level)

As a Marketing Intern (MBA-Master’s Level), you'll be at the heart of our team, crafting compelling value propositions, diving into market research, creating awesome sales tools, and helping execute marketing campaigns. You'll also collaborate on engaging content, evaluate marketing data, and support cross-functional initiatives with sales, product, and customer success teams!

Your responsibilities might include activities such as :

  • Develop and refine value propositions & messaging to align with our target personas and key industries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, white space opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
  • Design and create sales enablement tools such as battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI calculators to support the sales team.
  • Analyze ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) personas and help build marketing programs tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns that support demand generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and sales acceleration.
  • Collaborate on content creation (blogs, case studies, webinars) to drive engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Evaluate marketing and sales data to provide insights on campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline performance, and customer engagement.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging and GTM execution
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a Master’s level program in Business or a degree related to marketing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience of finance and wealth management is a plus.
  • Previous work experience in marketing, agency or client side, with brand and demand generation experience preferred

  • Successfully develop and refine value propositions and messaging that align with target personas and key industries, resulting in a measurable increase in customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, identifying key trends, white space opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
  • Analyze ICP personas and help build marketing programs tailored to specific audience segments, leading to an increase in targeted campaign response rates.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns that support demand generation, ABM, and sales acceleration, achieving an increase in lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on content creation (blogs, case studies, webinars) that drives engagement with prospects and customers, resulting in an increase in content interaction and engagement.
  • Evaluate marketing and sales data to provide actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline performance, and customer engagement, leading to an improvement in campaign ROI.
  • Communication & Teamwork : Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
