Precision Well Servicing operates the largest fleet of service rigs in Canada, offering a wide range of products focused on delivering our customers safe, high-quality service. We provide experienced, competent employees who operate various types of service rigs suited to various scopes of work, including well completions, workovers, and well abandonments. The wells are in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

What Will You Do?
HR advisor duties, including employee relations, rewards & recognition, policies, and employee development as requiredImplement and support HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company strategy and prioritiesRespond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in accordance with company policiesAssist management and leadership with employee relations issues and performance managementAssist with preparing and support of annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and headcount planningPreparation of HR documentation such as contract offers, disciplinary, and termination lettersInterpret policy and applicable legislation as neededAdministrative duties related to HR programs and initiativesWhat Will You Bring to the Role?
Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR, Business or related disciplineCPHR designation is an asset3-6 years experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist roleIndustrial experience preferred, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, forestry, or constructionHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with MS Office SuiteHow to Apply
