Role Description : Project Management & DeliveryPayments & Compliance Expertise : Stakeholder Management & Communication : Process Optimization & Technology Integration :

Essential Skills : Project Manager with a strong background in the payments domain, specifically SWIFT , ACH, and real-time payments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while working with key stakeholders. 5+ years of project management experience in the payments industry.

Strong understanding of SWIFT MT / MX messages, ACH payment processing, ISO 20022, and FedWire.

Experience with real-time payments (RTP, FedNow, SEPA Instant, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and digital banking platforms.

Desirable Skills : Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project management tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
