BI Analyst

I'm currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for one of our customers. This is a permanent, hybrid position based on the South Shore. The salary offered varies according to experience ($90,000 to $100,000).Your duties will include :

• Design and deploy organization-wide data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Analyze and review data from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Present analysis results and formulate strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Define company-wide data cleansing rules.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Create, develop and manage relevant performance indicators in partnership with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency of system data architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
• Gather and document analytical requirements expressed by users.
• Develop the back-end required to enable users to achieve their objectives.
• Train and support users in the creation of dashboards (front-end).
• Degree in computer science
• Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English (one site is based in Ontario, with English-speaking users)
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and query languages
• Computer languages : SQL (required), Dax (asset)
• Mastery of Power BI (Required)
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Jira (asset)
