Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail‑oriented professional who can act as the first point of contact for clients, support our financial advisors, and contribute to a collaborative, client‑focused environment. The ideal candidate will help nurture relationships, identify client needs, and support the smooth operation of the branch.

Role Summary

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides essential administrative support to financial advisors and assists in maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating communication, and supporting everyday operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound / outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Manage account opening, transfers, and other client requests under advisor direction.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and manage correspondence.
  • Support marketing initiatives and update SOPs to streamline processes.
  • Assist in annual business planning and identify opportunities for additional services.

  • Role Requirements

  • Client service : exceptional service via multiple channels and strong relationship building.
  • Account management : understanding of financial services, opening and transferring accounts, and documentation accuracy.
  • Administrative & operational support : scheduling, materials preparation, correspondence, and marketing initiatives.
  • Technology : proficiency with MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided programs.
