Role Summary
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides essential administrative support to financial advisors and assists in maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating communication, and supporting everyday operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound / outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other client requests under advisor direction.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and manage correspondence.
- Support marketing initiatives and update SOPs to streamline processes.
- Assist in annual business planning and identify opportunities for additional services.
