Job description

A leading mid-sized firm is seeking a banking law partner to join its group in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with a broad range of banking and financing transactions including project and acquisition finance matters, asset-based loan transactions, and syndicated lending. This is a unique opportunity to take on a significant role within a well-established and entrepreneurial group.
