Junior Project Planner

Overview

Junior Project Planner at BBA Consultants . Under the supervision of a senior planner, your role will consist of preparing and monitoring schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update schedules for all project phases : engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning
• Ensure project planning, organization and monitoring using tools like Primavera P6
• Analyze the critical path, risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for the project or study manager
• Produce progress reports and performance indicators
• Update schedules, both weekly and monthly
• Prepare reports and maintain ties with project management to plan activities and project scheduling
• Maintain all planning and progress reports
• Propose solutions to project managers to correct identified gaps and adhere to schedules
• Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources
• Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects
