Controller

Our client is a multiple award-winning leader in the real estate development and home building industry. Due to exciting growth, the team is expanding, and looking to hire a Controller to lead accounting operations and drive excellence in financial reporting across multiple legal entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements under ASPE while supporting strategic decision-making at the corporate level. The Controller will manage a team of six and work closely with the VP of Finance to maintain strong internal controls, standardized reporting processes, and compliance standards. This is an onsite position , designed for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and value face-to-face interaction with leadership and peers.
