As a Key Account Representative, you will be the main point of contact to our customers. Your goal will be to manage our high-volume accounts, government, or municipal accounts; or span across multiple channels. Your success depends on your ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:
- May have multi-country account responsibility
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers; including the customer’s C-suite level
- Continually seek opportunities to expand the share of wallet
- The key account role is responsible for the growth and profitability of its portfolio of accounts assigned to him/her
- Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and Sales CRM (customer relationship management tool)
- Follow defined sales process
Your Skills :
- Strategic thinker to meet client’s objectives and drive business results.
- Excellent computer skills i.e. MS Office, both Mac and PC environments
- Communicate internally with key stakeholders and groups to ensure a great customer experience
- Able to present winning solutions
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5-10 years’ experience in sales and customer relations preferred
