We are hiring for a Senior Support Coordinator for the Health Centre in our Mastrs & Oasis Program and are looking for you. You will be an integral part of a collaborative inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless programming and service excellence to our patients.
Hours of work : Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
The overarching goal of the Senior Support Coordinator is to provide appropriate empathetic non-judgmental and respectful care for persons with serious mental illness and concurrent disorders while ultimately helping the client to increase their quality of life and decrease the time spent in hospital.
