IDN-Canada is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support position to join our Halifax, NS team. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Shipping / receiving orders and transfers
• Stocking & organizing products
• Assisting in regular stock counts
• Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following : loading / unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
• Entering transactions into computer systems
• Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
• Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

What We Look For :

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm.

Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
