The Personnel Recruiter is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates for possible employment in rig‑based roles. The Personnel Recruiter screens, interviews, and completes reference checks on candidates to ensure suitability.

Day In The Life

• Responding to all incoming employment‑related calls and candidate inquiries
• Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, tracking systems, and personnel data
• Scheduling pre‑offer drug tests, physicals, and other pre‑employment requirements
• Processing new‑hire paperwork and coordinating with various departments as needed
• Supporting additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
