Digital Sales Specialist

Our client is looking for a  Digital Sales Specialist in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be the heart of growth, retention and customer satisfaction.

You have excellent consulting skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology and wellness and are achievement-driven, a strong team-player, a professional with exceptional customer–relationship skills. As the role involves a high degree of travel, you should expect some overnight trips and should be independent and well-organized.

This role covers a blend of three key pillars of activity :

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering : software, hardware and devices
  • Successfully plan, educate and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector
  • Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring :

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the Digital Sales field
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Project Management – methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Knowledge of consultation-based selling techniques
  • Long-term customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales) : scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
  • Knowledge of customer experience : analysis and deployment of processes and projects
