Job Title : Agent Relations Coordinator
Department : International
Location : College Drive Campus – North Bay, ON
Status : Temporary Full-Time – Leave Replacement
Contract Duration : August 18, 2025 to August 18, 2026 ( subject to change )
Pay Range : Payband F - $31.05
Qualifications :
- Two-year college diploma in a field related to Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent
- Financial designation as CPA or CGA would be considered a strong asset
- Minimum five years’ experience working with international students and knowledge of Canadian financial industry norms (e.g., CAAP) and the Canadian International education sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong technical skills including (but not limited to) the proficient use of Microsoft Office 365, student and financial information systems, etc.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
- In-person, on-campus position. Must be able to reliably commute and / or relocate to North Bay, ON
Responsibilities :
Act as a key liaison with Canadore staff (Finance and Registrar) for commissions processEnsure timely, accurate and efficient commission payment processing for Canadore College agent partners for each intakeEnsure mastery of Canadore College commission payment process overall (including knowledge of relevant portals, financial processing standards, invoicing, etc.) and present avenues for enhancement where appropriateIn collaboration with the Supervisor, Agent Relations, contribute to the management of the agent agreement process by supporting the monitoring and evaluation of agent’s agreementsSupport gathering of key information (Allocations, incentives, recruitment / admissions updates) to all agents within Canadore’s portfolioKeep up to date with key industry trends relative to agents, including ICEF, the Canadore Course for Education Agents, CBIE, CICan, etc.Support the coordination and submission of department purchase orders and requisitionsProvide administrative and financial support to the Director, International and Supervisor, Agent RelationsShare information and best practices with departmental colleagues vis-à-vis financial and budgetary best practicesSupport with international recruitment activities and assist with training and workshops when neededOther duties as assigned such as routine administrative tasks including assisting with special initiatives and projectsApplications will be accepted by the Organizational Development and Talent Management Department through our Career Portal athttps : / / www.canadorecollege.ca / about / careers until 12 : 00 p.m., on the closing date.
