This is a full-time permanent position starting in Summer 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.50 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.90

Job Duties Include:

• Provide an easy efficient and consistent one stop service for guests and colleagues allowing seamless operational efficiency behind the scenes
• Assist all external and internal callers and redirecting if/when necessary
• Take ownership of the guests request and ensure follow up according to the hotels standards
• Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System
• Sell guestrooms tee times and Food & Beverage reservations to groups and individual callers
• Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
• Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities

Qualifications :

• Previous customer related experience required
• Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is an asset
• Previous Property Manager System experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Opera Cloud is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response smile on the phone
• Demonstrated numerical aptitude with strong selling and assertiveness skills is a must
