Senior Payroll Specialist

About the Role

Castillo HR Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage complex payroll operations for multiple clients. This is a full‑time, permanent hybrid position based in the Lower Mainland region, with flexibility to work remotely.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting, while providing guidance and support to junior payroll staff and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and process full‑cycle, multi‑provincial payroll for multiple client accounts
• Supervise and support payroll team members as needed
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with CRA, ESA, and WCB requirements
• Handle year‑end reporting, reconciliations, and T4 / T4A filings
• Oversee benefits and deductions administration
• Provide payroll expertise and recommendations to clients
• Support audits and prepare payroll reports and summaries

What You Will Bring

Salary : Offering up to CA$70,000 per year
