Field Technical Service Representative (Full Time)

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you’ll do :

Provide delivery, installation and repair of the latest and greatest tech in our customers’ homes

Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions

Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained

Create an amazing customer experience every time with your dedication to customer service and professionalism

What we’re looking for :

Must be at least 18 years old

Have a valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Successful completion of criminal background check

Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
