Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mainly, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for the office. Here are some additional responsibilities :
  • Creating new organizational processes around new business requirements
  • Tracking results against set targets and look for continuous improvement
  • Look for continuous improvement and efficiencies
  • Interacting with clients, partners, and vendors via phone and email
  • Supporting day-to-day management of schedules
  • Organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the office
  • Data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
  • Processing and recording transactions
  • Coordinate and prepare inbound and outbound shipments

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Administrative Role
  • Must type at least 60 words per minute
  • Is extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Can handle multiple different tasks throughout the day (it's a very fast-paced and ever-changing role)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Google Docs / Sheets
  • Positive and energetic on the phones
