DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mainly, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for the office. Here are some additional responsibilities :
- Creating new organizational processes around new business requirements
- Tracking results against set targets and look for continuous improvement
- Look for continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Interacting with clients, partners, and vendors via phone and email
- Supporting day-to-day management of schedules
- Organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the office
- Data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
- Processing and recording transactions
- Coordinate and prepare inbound and outbound shipments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Administrative RoleMust type at least 60 words per minuteIs extremely detail-oriented and organizedCan handle multiple different tasks throughout the day (it's a very fast-paced and ever-changing role)Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Google Docs / SheetsPositive and energetic on the phonesIdeal for the Office Coordinator Role :
