Responsibilities

Enter National Service Group (NSG) timecards into Kronos for bi-weekly payroll processing.

Reconcile NSG travel bookings charged to company credit card,and enter expenses into SAP Concur.

Process goods receipts in SAP and generate reports as requested.

Greet all visitors to the office courteously and professionally.

Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Maintain security access on premises during regular working hours.

Ensure the use of the visitor logbook, and all personnel on site are authorized and accounted for.

Send and receive mailings and couriers.

Place orders for office stationery products when requested.

Enter purchase requisitions in SAP and maintain marginal inventory of supplies.

Manage boardroom meetings in Outlook.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills

Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong verbal and written communication skills post-secondary education in business administration or related field experience considered an asset

Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with UKG Kronos is an asset

Experience with SAP is an asset
