Our client , a privately held Canadianpany are looking to hire for a Corporate Controller.

Your new role

As Controller, you will lead all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, andpliance. You’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results, oversee cash flow management, and maintain robust internal controls. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will drive process improvements, support key business decisions, and influence oues through strong financial insight. This role also includes managing audits, tax filings, and treasury functions while fostering collaboration across Finance and other departments.

What you'll need to succeed

You bring at least 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, including leadership roles in Controllership or General Accounting. A CPA designation and a strong technical foundation in ASPE and US GAAP are essential. Experience withplex financial operations such as acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures is critical, along with prior exposure to public accounting at a Big Four firm or equivalent. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead teams while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
