Bethesda is seeking a Manager of Philanthropy and Development to join our leadership team and help foster a workplace culture rooted in compassion, inclusion and Christian values. JOB OVERVIEW
As the Manager of Philanthropy and Development you will serve as a member of Bethesda's team at our provincial office in Abbotsford. You will provide strategic leadership in all areas of fundraising, donor relations and development. This includes cultivating relationships with donors, churches and community partners, coordinating major campaigns and events, managing legacy giving initiatives and aligning development efforts with Bethesda's mission and values. You will work closely with the Director of Finance, senior leadership team, Communications and Family Support & Community Development departments to ensure alignment between development, community engagement and communications strategies. This is a full-time position available immediately.
Through your leadership and heart for ministry, you will help ensure that every person we support experiences belonging, dignity and hope.
