Our valued client is looking for a Snr SharePoint Architect to support the transformation of an internal communication and collaboration platform.

Responsibilities :

• Assess current intranet infrastructure and content.
• Design and produce a SharePoint architecture and infrastructure.
• Customize SharePoint environment based on wireframes and information architecture.
• Migrate content and data from current system to SharePoint.
• Develop site design and branding.
• Ensure SharePoint customization reflects organizational identity and requirements.
• Establish communication framework and channels to meet the Communications Group business requirement.
• Implement effective search engine.
• Identify key content for migration or update.
• Facilitate employee engagement through feedback mechanisms imbedded in the SharePoint pages.
• Form content-expert working group to create and / or review content.
• Conduct user testing.
• Develop training materials and provide user support to facilitate knowledge transfer to employees.
• Establish plan for ongoing maintenance and updates.
