Who you are :

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a strong Integration Specialist who is responsible for designing building deploying and maintaining integrations between enterprise business systems using low-code / no-code iPaaS platforms such as Workato.

What youll do :

As the Integration Specialist you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts Business Systems Analysts Enterprise Architects Developers and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across critical business applications such as CRM ERP PLM HRMS and other enterprise applications.

How youll make an impact :

Develop deploy and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using Workato or similar workflow tools.

Work closely with Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Build integrations involving the Salesforce Platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ceridian Dayforce Google Workspace Jira and other enterprise applications.

Configure and manage API-based integrations (RESTful APIs) and Webhooks.

Perform testing debugging troubleshooting and optimization of integration workflows.

Maintain clear documentation of integration processes workflows and data mappings.

Monitor integration performance proactively; troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance.

Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture principles.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through automation.

Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on integration-related topics.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integration and make recommendations for improvement.

What youll bring to the role :

3 - 5 years of required experience.

Experience building integrations using low-code / no-code integration platforms (e.g. Workato MuleSoft Composer Dell Boomi).Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs (RESTful APIs) Webhooks JSON / XML data formats.

Demonstrable experience working in complex enterprise environments integrating multiple business systems.

Prior hands-on experience with Workato iPaaS platform strongly preferred; Workato certifications are a plus.

Familiarity or experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a bonus.

Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g. JavaScript Python) is beneficial.

Excellent communication skillsability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.

Familiarity with data formats such as JSON XML and CSV.

High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.

Strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.

Technical competence using software programs including but not limited to Google Suite for business (Sheets Docs Slides).

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.

The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be the range listed below. Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position would depend on a variety of factors such as but not specific to skills qualifications education and overall experience including the location the applicant lives or intends to live while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the individuals ability to pass a background check.
