Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational activities to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for healthcare professionals and ensuring recruitment target is meet by collaborating with recruiters to meet client's need.
  • Collaborating with administrative staff to ensure accurate records staff credentials is up to standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in workflow and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationship with client to ensure service satisfaction
  • Respond to inquiries from team members and provide assistance as necessary to resolve issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Implement tools and technologies (e.g., scheduling software, recruitment platforms) to streamline operations.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including staffing metrics, client satisfaction, and operational costs.
  • Work with finance teams to track revenue, expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, schedulers, and other operations staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing activities, including contracts, payroll, timesheets, and certifications.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management, detailing operational performance, client feedback, and staffing metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and client agreements.

Qualification and Skills Requirements.

  • Post -secondary education in business, healthcare related field.
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge and Understanding of different roles within healthcare (e.g., nursing, allied health, administrative) .
  • Expertise in workforce planning and the ability to balance demand with supply
  • Excellent communication skills, organization skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions that improve operational performance.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management in a healthcare staffing context.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
