Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our client's manufacturing team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, managing inventory, conducting pressure tests, and ensuring all products meet high-quality standards. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization within the manufacturing industry.

  • Pay rate : $19 / hour.
  • Location : London, ON
  • Shifts : Monday-Thursday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm and Friday 8 : 00am-2 : 00pm
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time

    • Responsibilities :

  • Operating production machinery effectively and safely.
  • Picking products from inventory for the production line.
  • Operating pressure test equipment with a keen eye for detail.
  • Making adjustments to products to meet specifications and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping standards using 5S initiatives.
  • Following Safran Production guidelines and Safran Policies & Procedures as per AS9100 QMS.
  • Performing other tasks as required to support production goals.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1-2 years of assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and blueprint reading.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong measuring skills and basic math knowledge.
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and a team player.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Canadian citizenship or a valid permanent resident card.
  • A clear criminal record
